Calibration of National Instruments Measurement Hardware

NI cards are high-precision measurement data acquisition cards designed for computer-based data acquisition. They acquire and digitise physical measurement signals and are used in a wide range of applications, including the automotive industry, aerospace, research and development, industrial facilities and the semiconductor industry.

esz AG calibrates a wide range of National Instruments plug-in cards and measurement modules. These include data acquisition (DAQ) devices, modules for analogue and digital measurement applications, as well as modules for high-frequency (RF) applications.

We are also happy to assess individual models to determine whether they can be calibrated.

Yes. esz AG offers both DAkkS-accredited calibration and ISO/factory calibration. The appropriate type of calibration depends on your internal quality requirements, applicable standards and the respective field of application.

An NI Certified Calibration Center (CCC) is a calibration laboratory authorised by National Instruments. Unlike other calibration laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, a CCC has access to NI’s official calibration procedures, original software tools and manufacturer adjustment processes.

This means that devices can not only be calibrated, but also adjusted in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications where required.

An NI Certified Calibration Center works to the same quality and process standards as NI’s factory service centres. If deviations are identified, NI measurement cards and modules can be adjusted back to the manufacturer’s specifications using NI’s original adjustment procedures. Any adjustment of your NI hardware that may be required is already included in the calibration price at esz AG.

esz AG is the only NI Certified Calibration Center in Continental Europe. Only a small number of authorised Certified Calibration Centers exist worldwide. Customers in Continental Europe therefore benefit from shorter transport routes, fast turnaround times and direct access to manufacturer-authorised calibration services. A separate Certified Calibration Center serves the Scandinavian region.

Yes. In addition to National Instruments equipment, esz AG calibrates measuring instruments, sensors and calibrators from numerous other manufacturers, including Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz and Tektronix. This means that complete test facilities or measurement workstations can be calibrated as part of a single calibration order.
