2010

• New validation team starts work in Biberach
• Improved mobile calibration services
• Accreditation by the new accreditation body DAkkS (D-K-15019-01)
• Laboratory expansion: Force, Flow and acceleration
• "Calibration Expert" software goes live

2009

• 85 employees
• a new esz-branch office is inaugurated in Vienna/Austria
• the esz-calibration laboratory is being systematically expanded
• Logistics Expert is improved further - new service routes are being added
• esz AG calibration & metrology hosts the 3. Forum for calibration and metrology

2008
esz Elektronik-Service GmbH change their name and legal status to esz AG calibration & metrology at the turn of the year 2008 / 2009. Humidity distorted curves, HF-current, pressure and on-site calibration are added towards the accredited (DKD) service portfolio. Asset Expert is introduced worldwide.

2007
10 years DKD anniversary; esz celebrate 10 years of active DKD membership, 50 employees, Münster and Karlsruhe branch open.

2006
30-year anniversary; Fibre Optics is added towards the accredited calibration portfolio.

2005
40 employees; temperature, humidity and dimensional quantities are added towards the accredited calibration portfolio.

2004
Capacity and inductivity along with RF output, RF voltage are added towards the accredited calibration portfolio.

2003
Direct current output, performance factor and oscilloscopes are added towards the accredited calibration portfolio.

2002
Nuremburg branch opens.

2001
25 employees; esz move to their brand new headquarters on Max-Planck-Strasse in Eichenau, extending lab space to over 2,000 m2.

1999
Fibre optics are introduced to the traceable calibration portfolio.

1998
Deutsche Telekom become the first nationwide organisation to choose esz as their primary contractor for calibration, maintenance and repair.

1997
Accreditation as a "DKD laboratory" by Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt (National Institute for Natural and Engineering Sciences)

1995
15 employees; esz moves to its new headquarters at Industriestrasse 1 in Germering extending lab space to over 1,000 m².
